More than 67 per cent of workers believe they are more productive when working from home, according to a survey by tech firm Adzooma.
Its survey also reveals that 83 per cent of those asked enjoyed working from home because of the flexibility it allowed them and 93 per cent believe that they are able to perform their role as normal from home.
Of those surveyed, 63 per cent missed the office and for 43 per cent this was because of the socialising aspect of being in a workplace. More than half of those asked did not wish to return to a normal working office after the Covid-19 pandemic subsides.
Data was collected from 448 anonymous responses from employees currently working at home. More than half of the respondents worked within a digital marketing industry, but the survey also collected responses from industries such as health/fitness, security, sport and retail.
