Wates FM has been appointed by property management firm Lee Baron to provide mechanical and engineering (M&E) services and maintenance at a residential development on the Greenwich Peninsula.
Under the contract, Wates will carry out a programme of planned works to Upper and Lower Riverside on the banks of the Thames. Works will include M&E services as well as reactive maintenance and repairs to communal areas.
Wates has worked with Lee Baron since 2014 and provides maintenance services at Dickens Yard, a 701-unit high-end residential development in Ealing, and Sovereign Court, a 431-unit luxury apartment complex in Hammersmith – both in London. These contracts were renewed in 2021 for a further 12 months.
Wates FM managing director James Gregg said: “The past year has presented many challenges to our business but offered us the opportunity to provide our customers with bespoke facilities management services that ensure the safety of tenants of the buildings we maintain.
“We are really looking forward to continuing our partnership with Lee Baron and providing Covid-secure environments across their portfolio.”
