Landmarc Support Services, the joint venture between Interserve Group and the American defence and government services contractor Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE), has been shortlisted as a supplier for the Crown Commercial Service (CCS)’s Training Estates Services Framework Agreement.
The current National Training Estate Prime contract is set to expire in October 2021.
Shortlisted suppliers for its replacement will be able to tender for typical cleaning and building maintenance services, as well as defence-related requirements including specialist land, training area and rural estate management services.
Sam Ulyatt, commercial director for the Buildings Pillar at CCS, said: “The new Training Estates Services agreement will play a pivotal role in the £3.2 billion Future Defence Infrastructure Services programme.”
Mark Neill, Landmarc’s managing director, added: “I am hopeful that we can continue to provide the critical services that enable our armed forces to train effectively, deploy on operations and return home safely.”
Lynn Mawdsley, managing director of Interserve’s Support Services business, added: “As the incumbent for the last 17 years, we have significant experience supplying best-in-class services to the Ministry of Defence across the UK and abroad. I believe our capabilities have uniquely equipped us to meet the varied and changing facilities management requirements of the UK Armed Forces and Defence estate.”
