Total Security Services (TSS) has appointed Brendan Musgrove as its new managing director.
Musgrove joins the family-run TSS from Cordant Security, where he spent five years as managing director.
Commenting on his new role, he said: “Once I saw for myself the level of investment, and the forward-looking outlook of the senior management team, I knew TSS was where I had to be.”
Before his time with Cordant Security, Musgrove managed FM divisions at Rentokil Initial and Interserve.
Established in 1989, TSS now employs 6,000 frontline staff and 200 back-office and mobile support staff. It provides a range of security services across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on retail.
TSS says Musgrove’s appointment is “one of a number of management changes” designed to both consolidate its current position and expand into new areas.
