Platinum Facilities has been appointed to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing services at the Berkeley Square Estate in London.
The contract, which covers 26 commercial properties, was awarded to the technology-led hard FM service provider shortly before the Covid-19 lockdown, making mobilisation complex, but detailed planning, communication and close collaboration with the client meant compliance requirements were fully met.
