Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the hard services contract at Television Centre in White City, West London, following a competitive tender process.
Starting this month, Jaguar will be responsible for the electrical, mechanical and fabric services for the portfolio, including the estate’s signature courtyard grade II listed apartments and the Television Centre itself, covering over 1.4 million square feet.
The company’s technical services and health and safety teams have begun mobilisation at the estate for real estate adviser Savills, undertaking assessments to improve service performance, and looking at ways to reduce its future running costs.
Roger Starling, business unit head at Jaguar, said the deal would showcase its “diverse expertise in engineering and technical services”.
“We are looking forward to delivering a best-in-class service that will enhance our customer’s experience, and welcome new team members into our organisation.”
