A new £10.6 million framework has been launched to help develop and maintain Nottinghamshire County Council’s property portfolio and has been specifically designed to benefit SMEs and the local economy.
Arc Partnership – the joint venture partnership between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and public sector procurement specialist Scape Group – has announced a list of 11 businesses across 12 lots who will deliver its new Repairs, Servicing and Maintenance Framework over the next three years.
The framework, which forms a part of Arc Partnership’s support for more than 40 local companies across its supply chain network, will deliver specialist property maintenance services across NCC’s wide-ranging property portfolio including the landmark County Hall.
The scheme will continue to deliver 24-hour, year-round support for the county council while championing the regional economy by using local suppliers. It will deliver an estimated 12,000 planned and reactive repairs every year.
Established in 2016, Arc Partnership has procured, delivered and continues to deliver more than 1,600 individual projects on behalf of Nottingham County Council and the community it serves, worth more than £172 million.
These include new schools, offices, refurbishment works, planned maintenance, responsive repairs and servicing, compliance, infrastructure and new-build works centred upon economic regeneration and inward investment, as well as a number of third-party projects.
