Artic has been awarded the hard facilities management contract for the British Medical Association at its grade II listed HQ building in Tavistock Square, London.
The five-year deal consists of mechanical and electrical services and providing maintenance to SFG20 guidelines and frequencies supplemented with other items of specialist compliance maintenance provided by a group of specialist partner companies.
Artic will provide three residential engineers to cover all PPM and reactive works managed and guided by a site-dedicated contract management and administration team.
During the tender process, the BMA also focused on how Artic could help it to deliver “a more sustainable future, aiming to work in partnership with the organisation on energy-saving initiatives in line with their energy management and environmental impact reduction strategies".
The BMA is the non-governmental professional body for doctors and allied medical professionals in the UK.
