Grosvenor manages South Molton Triangle in central London – Grosvenor Property Management

Property group Grosvenor Britain & Ireland is extending its management services to external clients in central London for the first time in 340 years.

Grosvenor Property Management is the UK’s first neighbourhood property manager, providing an effective, specialised and personal service to properties and estates in central London. 

In zone 1, the team already manages over a million square feet of office space, 1.1 million square feet of retail space, and 2,700 private and affordable homes as well as Grosvenor’s build-to-rent site in Bermondsey, south-east London.

By linking its ability to manage buildings as well as places, the company helps office occupiers, retailers and residents not only to see their building work harder but also ensures that their needs are represented in the surrounding neighbourhood to create exceptional settings.

Its approach is backed by intelligent, data-driven services, reducing costs and waste with a focus on occupier wellbeing.
