Property group Grosvenor Britain & Ireland is extending its management services to external clients in central London for the first time in 340 years.
Grosvenor Property Management is the UK’s first neighbourhood property manager, providing an effective, specialised and personal service to properties and estates in central London.
In zone 1, the team already manages over a million square feet of office space, 1.1 million square feet of retail space, and 2,700 private and affordable homes as well as Grosvenor’s build-to-rent site in Bermondsey, south-east London.
By linking its ability to manage buildings as well as places, the company helps office occupiers, retailers and residents not only to see their building work harder but also ensures that their needs are represented in the surrounding neighbourhood to create exceptional settings.
Its approach is backed by intelligent, data-driven services, reducing costs and waste with a focus on occupier wellbeing.
Nick Jones, head of property services at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland said: “Covid-19 has brought the need for effective, personal and high-quality property management to the fore. Offices must adapt to become places that welcome workers for innovation, collaboration and learning and stores must offer customers an exceptional experience in an exceptional setting.
“While we have 340 years of experience, we are forward-looking, leading the way when it comes to innovation, sustainability and exceptional delivery across our managed portfolio. We’re excited to bring our ideas and expertise to new clients in central London.”
