Independent caterer Houston & Hawkes has won a five-year catering and hospitality contract at Belmont House, Uxbridge.
The boutique caterer will provide café, hospitality and free issue services for 800 customers at The Belmont Building in Uxbridge, a multi-tenanted office building owned by Aviva Investors.
The caterering provision will include cakes and bakes made on site, fresh juices, and hot and cold grab-and-go options, as well as barista coffee and speciality teas.
Simon Houston, co-director of Houston & Hawkes, described the win as "the best possible re-start we could have hoped for".
Houston said: “Our focus on seasonal British ingredients, people development and our customer-centric approach really resonated with our client.”
Julian Cobourne, senior asset manager at Aviva Investors, said Houston & Hawkes were chosen for their "innovative approach in creating a café concept that would enhance our tenants’ experience at The Belmont Building. They spent time to understand our requirements and built a tailored solution that stood out.
"Their fresh, seasonal, and personalised approach has been evident throughout the design and mobilisation process and it has been fabulous to have received such positive feedback from our tenants.”
