Scottish services provider Richard Irvin FM has set its sights on increasing revenues to £50 million and developing its presence in the south of England as it announced the opening of two offices and the launch of an online platform, Asure.
Mark Buchan, managing director of Richard Irvin FM, told Facilitate that the firm has already opened two new offices in Warrington and Sunderland.
He said: “Our three-year plan is to continue to grow our regional delivery in Scotland, the north of England, as well as to develop our presence in the south of England.”
Rcapital acquired Richard Irvin FM, which employs 277 people and turns over £35 million a year, in January 2019.
In its most recent accounts the firm reported a pre-tax profit of £600,000 in the 12 months to July 2019.
In addition to its two offices, Richard Irvin FM launched Asure, a platform it says will allow its clients to monitor and assess compliance and delivery of KPIs.
Buchan told Facilitate that the platform was developed to offer transparency to clients about how the business is prioritising compliance. “It will provide customers with real-time visibility of compliance statistics and documentation.”
