Derwent Students, part of Derwent Facilities Management, has won a two-year contract to manage a 100-bed student accommodation facility at Egham Gateway West in Egham, Surrey.
The contract, which is set to begin in September 2021, will see Derwent Students provide and manage all aspects of student accommodation for those studying at Royal Holloway, University of London. This will include selling and rent collection, total facilities management delivered by an on-site team, and guaranteeing building compliance.
The student accommodation, a mixed-use development, is part of the Runnymede Regeneration Programme, which is a partnership between Runnymede Borough Council and Places for People. It is one of several sites in the borough set to be developed over the next decade.
