Pareto FM has secured a hard services contract with video games developer King.
Under the terms of the deal, Pareto will provide hard FM services, including all mechanical, electrical and fabric planned and reactive maintenance, at King’s headquarters on Wardour Street in central London.
King is known for online games such as Candy Crush and Farm Hero. Surinder Singh, workspace manager at King, said: “In Pareto, we found a provider that was aligned to our way of thinking and someone that could deliver to our high standards.”
Andrew Hulbert, managing director at Pareto FM, said King was “up there” as one of the most exciting workspaces for which the company provides services.
"Our culture of putting people first, building exceptional relationships and having fun were well aligned," said Hulbert. “This contract also adds to our growing portfolio in the ultra-modern tech-based organisations.”
