M&E building services provider J S Wright has appointed its first commercial manager.
Ian Hill takes up the role and will be based at the Birmingham headquarters while also serving its London office. He will manage the business's financing of mechanical and electrical projects across the UK.
A £50 million business, J S Wright is working on some of the UK’s biggest residential and mixed-use projects including Castle Park View in Bristol and The Silk District, Nine Elms, and Wimbledon Grounds in London.
Hill has almost 25 years of commercial experience in contracting and consultancy and has previously worked as a regional commercial manager at a multinational support services and construction group and as an associate director for a multinational professional services consultancy delivering M&E services.
Hill has a bachelor of science honours degree in cost management of building engineering services from Nottingham Trent University. He is also a member of the Association of Cost Engineers.
