Levy UK, the sports, leisure and hospitality arm of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has formed a partnership with London-based street food company KERB.

Levy UK, headed by Jon Davies, will also join KERB in bringing new menus and food experiences for fans and visitors once stadiums and venues reopen in 2021.

KERB, founded in 2012 by street food trader Petra Barran, is an assembly of street food-sellers bringing their cuisine to the streets of London. It operates six markets across the capital, including its first permanent indoor market in Covent Garden, housing 25 independent food businesses. It describes itself as “dedicated to inKERBating and accelerating the most promising street food disrupters”. KERB currently has more than 70 traders, selling more than 1.5 million dishes a year.

Compass group’s collaboration with KERB follows its recent partnership with nutrition tech platform Feedr.
