Cleaning and support services operator NJC has won a three-year contract with global marketing services company McCann Worldgroup.
The deal covers both daily and specialist cleaning in preparation for office occupancy at McCann Worldgroup’s new offices at 135 Bishopsgate – the former Royal Bank of Scotland building in the City of London.
McCann Worldgroup, which is relocating 10 of its agencies to the site to support a more collaborative approach, said a supplier partnership was an important criterion in the competitive tender process.
Lucy d'Eyncourt-Harvey, building operations director at McCann Worldgroup, said: “Integration for our agencies was a key driver for the move, and our cleaning partner is a key element of our ‘one team’ approach. NJC’s experience and engagement strategy were key elements of their selection. They have been instrumental in our Covid-secure return to office preparations.”
Paul Crilly, NJC’s managing director, said: “We are implementing a customer-focused service to maximise the occupier and guest experience in this prestigious office, ensuring service excellence and value for money.”
