Jaguar Building Services has won the hard services contracts for both Thames Court and Rabobank, the Dutch multinational banking group, whose UK base is headquartered there.
The building, at Upper Thames Street in the City of London, covers 322,900 square feet along the front of the River Thames. The central skylit atrium is the building’s focal point, with offices arranged over five upper floors.
Following the win through a competitive tender process, the on-site team will be led by Jaguar‘s new account manager Lee Tristram, who has over 20 years’ experience working in critical systems for a leading US investment bank.
Steve Jackaman, operations director, said: “We are excited to have secured these two accounts and delighted to be working with both CBRE and Rabobank at this prestigious building.
“Our excellent technical knowledge and extensive head office support network will supplement our team on-site to deliver an exceptional customer experience and enhance the service delivery at Thames Court, which is already of a high standard.
Mobilisation is already under way, and we will be ready to go live on 7th December.
