The Pinnacle Group has won a five-year deal to supply integrated property management and maintenance services for 38 supported living units in Arpeggio Properties’ Ocean House development in Barnet.
Care and support to the occupants of these units will be provided by Next Step Support Ltd.
Since November, Pinnacle has been providing management services including letting, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, voids management, planned preventative maintenance, lifecycle and cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
Pinnacle is working with Next Step Support, which has provided supported living services in several London boroughs. The group runs support services and accommodation for adults with a diverse range of needs including mental health, learning disabilities, and substance abuse.
