Platinum Facilities has been awarded the hard services maintenance contract at 40 Grosvenor Place in Belgravia, London SW1.
Glen Cardinal, managing director of Platinum Facilities, said: “We will utilise our technology-led methodology to provide a first-class, cost-effective building services maintenance solution.”
The commercial property, on the corner of Hobart Place and opposite Buckingham Palace Gardens, is near Victoria Tube station. It comprises more than 200,000 square feet of offices.
