Portico, a specialist in tailored guest services, has won a contract with one of the City of London’s landmark buildings – 125 Old Broad Street.
Once home to the London Stock Exchange, the tower is in the heart of the Square Mile, 200 metres from Bank underground station. The historic building was renovated in 2009 and had its pre-cast concrete façade reclad in glass curtain walling. It now provides about 320,000 square feet of grade A office accommodation on 26 floors, plus 6,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space on its ground floor.
The Portico team will be responsible for offering welcome services to all occupiers, including a comprehensive reception offering. The company supplies reception and concierge services, workplace management, helpdesk and facilities support, secretarial, switchboard and call services as well as meeting room management.
Amanda Baber, director of business development at Portico said: “With more than 20 occupier brands at 125 Old Broad Street, the team is excited about the value we can bring to our customers.
