Atalian Servest UK & Ireland has been awarded a two-year extension to its integrated FM contract with the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services (SCTS) and the Crown Office Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS).
The suite of services includes mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, fire and life safety systems, energy, sustainability and asset management, projects, cleaning, security and waste management. The provider uses an interactive customer experience CAFM solution across the courts' estate of 78 buildings on the mainland and islands.
