Derwent Facilities Management has been awarded a place on Prosper’s Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Compliance and Facilities Management Services worth an estimated £250 million.
The DPS offers a range of compliance, hard and soft FM services as well as a full facilities management provision for public sector bodies across the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.
The system caters for specific areas and is made up of eight lots – including heating services, legionella and water treatment management, extraction/ventilation services, security systems and full FM provision.
Neal Grant, Derwent fm’s head of business development, said: “We look forward to working with the team at Prosper and expanding our public sector client portfolio in this important geographical region.”
Tim Jennett, head of procurement – design at Prosper, said: “It’s great to have Derwent fm on our DPS for Compliance & Facilities Management Services. We think the company will be a good fit for the solution.”
All Prosper DPSs are compliant solutions and applicant companies go through a robust selection process.
The procurement consultancy, based in the North-East, operates within the public sector. Founded in 2008, it works with landlords in the region to create tailored procurement solutions. The Prosper Social Value Dividend has provided more than £2.2 million in funding, supporting initiatives in the region’s communities with its supply chain partner organisations.
