Housing maintenance provider Wates Living Space is continuing its repairs and improvements contract with Wolverhampton-based Bromford housing association into a 12th year.
Since the start of the partnership, Wates has completed 3,485 kitchens and 2,064 bathrooms, and under the latest year-long extension the company will install another 400 kitchens in properties across the West Midlands as part of Bromford’s multi-year modernisation programme.
Marc Goldby, Bromford’s head of property investment, said: “Wates have been a valued member of Bromford’s supply chain, delivering great results for many years. We are delighted to be extending into our 12th year of this partnership which will see Wates continue to support us in the delivery of many more modernisation works to enable our customers to thrive in their homes.”
Bromford owns 44,000 homes across the country and is aiming to build another 6,500 units in its central and south-west England operating area up to 2023.
