Incentive QAS has extended a contract to provide a range of services for Tower Place – near the Tower of London.
The three-year deal extension was awarded to Incentive by a leading property management company. The FM provider has been delivering services at the property for the past six years.
Tower Place was designed by world-renowned architect Sir Norman Foster. The buildings include a public plaza – the largest of its kind in Europe, with trees in front of All Hallows Church. The buildings supply over 354,000-square-feet of mixed office floor space and 24,304sq ft of retail space. Incentive QAS will be responsible for all aspects of external cleaning of the public realm areas including the nearby walkways and plaza as well as external window cleaning and pest control services.
Zameer Muhammed, general manager at Tower Place, said: “Over the past six years Incentive QAS have demonstrated that they had the level of expertise that we want and are able to deliver a first-class service for our premier property Tower Place.”
Jamie Wright, managing director at Incentive QAS said: “This is a challenging contract due to the footfall the location attracts and the high profile of the buildings. Staff retention has been the key to the success on this contract and this extension is testament to them.”
