Front-of-house specialist SmartSec Solutions has been appointed by Colliers International to oversee security at 10 Old Bailey in the City of London.
The three-year contract, starting next month, will see SmartSec provide high-profile security service at the landmark building to welcome tenants and visitors as well as protecting assets, property and the occupiers.
10 Old Bailey is an eight-storey commercial building with 86,625 square feet of floor space near St Paul’s Tube station and Thameslink at Blackfriars.
SmartSec has been working with Colliers for almost three years at other London properties including at Idle Lane, Southampton Street, King Street, and Bartholomew Lane, and the new appointment adds to SmartSec’s corporate portfolio.
