Global real estate consultant CBRE Group has entered into a deal to acquire Intego A/S, a technical facilities services provider based in Aalborg, Denmark.

Intego is one of Denmark’s most specialised and customer-oriented companies in the field of electrical technology solutions for clients in corporate, industry and infrastructure sectors.

Founded in 2007, Intego A/S employs at least 850 employees in 16 locations across Denmark, self-performing hard FM technical services to offer expertise in electrical, automation and mechanical solutions.

When the transaction is finalised, Intego A/S will operate as part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in Denmark, adding a suite of integrated facilities management and specialist technical capabilities for both local and international clients. CBRE has a long-established partnership with Intego A/S, which has served some of its corporate clients in Denmark for many years.

Michael Rusborg, managing director of GWS Denmark & Norway at CBRE, said: “The Intego A/S team is highly regarded in the market. Through this acquisition, we expect to expand our local technical capabilities and deliver consistent, repeatable solutions for our clients, as we build a world-class offering in Denmark and across the region.”

Jens Frost Mikkelsen, one of Intego A/S’s founders, added: “We have enjoyed a successful relationship with CBRE, and look forward to this next chapter together. With CBRE’s global scale and service offering, we have the right partner to grow our business and provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.”
