Mace, the global consultancy, construction and FM provider, has appointed two new regional leads to its FM division. The move is part of the business‘s effort to bolster its service offer to workplace clients.
Ross Abbate, CEO of the Operate division has announced fresh leadership for its Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
The company said that In line with the 2026 strategy, it intends to solidify its presence across its global hubs. By working with Mace’s wider Engine, the FM division will concentrate on winning work with more leading global occupiers to expand its presence in established markets.
Parris Ullrich, who returns to Mace after a year away, assumes the role of operations director for the Middle East. She will oversee the established business within the region to retain current projects and win business with new corporate real estate clients.
Parris was previously head of FM at Transguard and brings with her a wealth of knowledge, with over 25 years in the corporate real estate management sector.
Paul M’Crystal is now operations director for the Asia-Pacific region. He has been with Mace since 2016 and was previously the global account director overseeing the corporate real estate portfolio for one of Mace’s strategic clients from the regional hub in the Middle East.
M’Crystal will be responsible for building up Mace’s operations within Asia Pacific, using Mace’s experience across the property life cycle to secure projects with new and existing clients. He has spent over 30 years in FM and has a background in managing globally dispersed portfolios.
Abbate said: “We are seeing an increase across the industry in global opportunities, and our regional leads will be paramount in continuing to grow our operations across our hubs. Paul and Parris are operational experts who will sit at the helm of our service delivery.”
