Social property group A2Dominion has awarded United Living Group a place on its construction framework to deliver its £900 million estate investment plan.
The framework is intended to deliver residential properties and community amenities across southern England, focusing on London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex, Oxfordshire and Bristol.
The framework runs until 2025 and is divided into three regional lots, with three project value bands of up to £10 million, £10 million to £25 million, and more than £25 million.
United Living has been placed into multiple lots and value bands. These are:
- In London and Home Counties projects up to £10 million, £10 million to £25 million, and over £25 million.
- In Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire projects valued between £10 million and £25 million.
About 1,200 units a year will be delivered across A2Dominion’s areas of operation over the framework’s duration.
Nick Tijou, regional managing director at United Living New Homes South, said: “We are proud to have been selected by A2Dominion as a preferred contractor to deliver high-quality new homes across the country.
“Through this framework, we will be supporting their strategy to build up to 6000 new homes by 2025, and with a shared emphasis on quality and social value, we look forward to creating real positive community impact in the places we work.”
