Ward Security has been awarded a contract by commercial property consultant Knight Frank to manage security across a multi-tenanted estate in central Manchester.
Anthony Watson, managing director of Knight Frank Promise, said that after a competitive tender process, the London-based national security provider had been awarded the contract to provide security services for Knight Frank’s commercial portfolio across the North West.
He added: “From the offset, their attention to detail, professionalism and market knowledge made them the clear favourites.”
Dan Liddiard, Ward Security’s operations director, said: “We are fully committed to growing our footprint in Manchester and across the North West Region of England. The addition of new manned guarding contracts like this one has seen us steadily grow and invest in our Manchester team. We have an experienced team and proven track record in our capability to service large manned guarding contracts in the North West. We are fully committed to continuing to build relationships with asset managers and owners of commercial premises in and around Manchester and have the right team in place to facilitate this growth.”
