Sodexo’s Integrator business has been chosen as a supplier to the UK Government’s £500 million Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services Framework.
The national framework is available to all UK public sector bodies to easily access services from a range of suppliers who have already gone through a procurement process to assess the quality and price of services.
Sodexo is listed to deliver services in three categories in the RM6168 framework:
- total estate management;
- surveying and strategic advice; and
- Integrated workplace management.
Sodexo’s property management team currently manage more than 2,500 properties with a total expenditure of £1.5 billion. Services provided include strategic property advice, building acquisition and disposal, operational asset and property management, plus programme and project management.
