Global real estate consultant CBRE has won several lots as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Estate Management Services (EMS) framework.
The firm won places on all lots it bid for. These were:
- total estate management:
- estate (property) management;
- agency and lease management;
- surveys and strategic advice;
- valuations and CPO and Business Rates.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. During 2020/21 the government body helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04 billion.
Amanda Clack, head of public sector at CBRE, said: “It is a testament to our expertise in the public sector which has seen us be successful in the renewal of this framework. Our understanding of how to optimise value and remove costs across all asset types makes us ideally placed to continue working across the lots we have been awarded.”
