Graham has been awarded a 25-year FM contract to provide planned and reactive maintenance services by the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland.
The company’s team of technical experts, mobile engineers and compliance service engineers will maintain all electrical, mechanical and building fabric works, and specialist plant and equipment throughout the new Lisburn Primary and Community Care Centre.
The new £40 million, 12,792-square-metre healthcare facility is located on the site of the existing Lagan Valley Hospital.
The centre features state-of-the-art treatment rooms, modern minor procedures consultation areas and a children’s services department, offering services such as dentistry, podiatry, orthopaedics, adult mental health, addiction services and occupational therapy.
Graham has been on site since April, providing planned and reactive maintenance and undertaking life cycle management and grounds maintenance activities using its bespoke asset tagging and life cycle tracking system, with its internally developed CAFM system to ensure an intelligent approach to the management of building assets.
Martin Gillespie, Graham’s operations director, said: “We will draw upon our expertise in the healthcare sector to ensure that the trust’s services are delivered to the highest possible standards.”
