The Lillie Square development – Polyteck Group

Construction and FM business Polyteck Group has secured a one-year contract to provide planned preventive maintenance at the Lillie Square development in West London.

Under the contract with Capital & Counties Properties plc, Polyteck will deliver PPM services to more than 400 high-end residential apartments. The services will cover the flats’ smart controls, as well as heating and ventilation systems.

Located on the borders of Kensington, Chelsea, and Fulham meet, Lillie Square is a garden complex designed by British architect and urban designer Sir Terry Farrell.

The development spans 18,000 square feet and comprises one to three-bedroom flats, lateral penthouses, four and five-bedroom townhouses, and London’s largest private residents’ club. The development is set around a series of landscaped gardens inspired by London’s historic garden squares and designed by former Chelsea Flower Show winner Andy Sturgeon.

Polyteck said the contract strengthens its position in the high-end residential market, and follows FM deals with The Stratford at Manhattan Loft Gardens, a development in Stratford, London, and the Beach Tower, a 34-storey residential tower in Doha, Qatar.

Alex Georgiev, Polyteck Group’s operations director , said: “We are … confident our experience in high-end residential will make this a highly successful project.”
