Derwent Facilities Management has been awarded a spot on Crescent Purchasing Consortium’s (CPC) Total Facilities Management Framework Agreement CPC/EK/01/2021.

CPC is a purchasing consortium that is owned and run by the further education and training sector. The procurer provides its members with specialist advice on best spending practices and how to obtain best value for money.

This framework provides access to a wide range of FM services including hard and soft FM services as well as a full facilities management provision. It enables the 8,288 members of the consortium – and the wider public sector – to procure FM services quickly and easily.

Derwent will be providing services in all 15 areas of the framework.

Grahame Sheeran, the company’s head of business development, said: “We look forward to working with the team at CPC to provide their members with top-class facilities management services.”
