Cleaning services company NJC has secured a contract at HX1, HX2, and the external estate at the heart of Harbour Exchange Square in London.
The firm will provide services including communal area cleaning, specialist cleaning, window cleaning, and consumables supply at the commercial estate which contain some of the capital’s most flexible and well-connected grade-A office space.
NJC was awarded the three-year contract by real estate consultant Colliers International following a competitive tender process.
