Novus Property Solutions has secured a £9 million contract to provide cyclical decorations and pre-decoration repairs to homes owned by the housing association Bromford.
The contract constitutes Bromford’s biggest of 2021 and follows the company’s recent announcement of a series of contract wins and framework agreements worth £23 million in August and September.
In the Bromford deal Novus will undertake repairs and redecorations for up to 21,000 social and affordable properties in the West Midlands, Shropshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
The contract in place for the next six years with the option to extend for a further two.
