Jaguar Building Services is extending its M&E contract at 30 North Colonnade in the financial district of Canary Wharf for another three years from 1st January.
The contract with Helix Property Advisors was retained following a competitive re-tender process. The landmark building, comprising about 330,000 square feet of office space, has been part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2009.
Elliott Taylor, Jaguar’s account manager, said: “We are very proud to have been the incumbent service providers at this prestigious building for 12 years now, and we will be providing a full remobilisation in the new year.”
Earlier this month Jaguar announced that it had won a contract to provide M&E services to the HYLO building, a new 28-floor commercial development near Old Street roundabout in London EC1.
