Derwent fm is now an approved supplier on the Everything FM framework – a service that enables delivery of a wide range of FM services to public sector, devolved administrations and third sector bodies.
Everything FM, founded by E2BN and operated by Place Group Ltd, offers public sector organisations the chance to directly appoint Derwent fm from Place Group’s supply chain, quickly and compliantly without going out to tender.
It also allows customers to select a supplier through an efficient mini-competition process, whereby only three of the most appropriate suppliers are invited to offer proposals. This will reduce bidding time and costs. Everything FM aims to blend critical public sector compliance and social value together with speed and commercialism.
