Lee Baron to manage Tokenspire Business Park

Property management firm Lee Baron has been appointed by Ardent UK to manage Tokenspire Business Park in Beverley, Yorkshire.

The estate encompasses 306,000 square feet of space across 36 units and 24 acres, with planning permission in place for the development of eight new units. 

Richard Benson, managing director at Ardent UK, said: “We have always been impressed by Lee Baron’s capabilities, and are pleased that Tokenspire will be managed by the same team. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Lee Baron as we look to capitalise on the opportunities presented by the asset.”

Rob Hobson, executive director at Lee Baron, said: “Tokenspire is a business park with serious asset management potential and exciting opportunities. We look forward to continuing our work with Ardent and we are very happy introducing Tokenspire to our managed portfolio.”
