Cloudfm has teamed up with Fridays UK to take a new approach to facilities services at the restaurant chain.
The company will use advanced data and localised sourcing of technicians to maximise the uptime of its restaurants and cut the brand’s carbon emissions across 86 sites.
Under a new three-year contract, Cloudfm’s technology-driven procedures will bring greater transparency to the maintenance services process to improve cost-control and boost response times to upgrade service to diners. It will also help to manage compliance to building regulations at above 96%.
Terry Mills, chief operating officer of Cloudfm, said: “Fridays is an iconic brand with ambitious growth plans. Our technology-driven approach to facilities management gives management teams a real-time view of their operations that is unlike anything else available in the industry today. It’s an approach that drives transparency, efficiency and compliance best practice.”
Claire Hussey, risk & compliance director at Fridays, said: “We put our guests at the core of everything we do. Cloudfm will bring a fresh approach to our facilities management that boosts our operational efficiency and drives transparency and compliance through the entire process. The outcome will be a leaner and more efficient approach to maintaining our sites and one that is focused on reducing carbon emissions.”
Cloudfm was recently recognised by technology research and advisory company Gartner, as a global leader in IoT enabled predictive maintenance.
Essex-based Cloudfm, whose other food service clients include PizzaExpress, Amazon Fresh, ASK Italian and Zizzi, operates internationally from locations in the UK, Dublin and Barcelona.
