City-based Jaguar Building Services has extended its contract with British Land to provide mechanical and electrical maintenance services at Paddington Central in London.
The new agreement for another five-year term – won after a competitive tender process – involves services to British Land’s portfolio of buildings at Paddington Central, including 3 Sheldon Square, 2 Kingdom St, 4 Kingdom St, and the Estate areas.
The 11-acre mixed-use campus of offices, cafés, bars, restaurants, and gym is located alongside Regent's Canal in the heart of Paddington.
Danny Howell, Jaguar’s account manager, said: “Our site team has worked tremendously hard over the length of the last contract term, enabling Jaguar to showcase our expertise in engineering and technical experience.
“We are looking forward to continuing to deliver an excellent service and strengthening our partnership with British Land.”
