Global security and facility services provider Allied Universal has announced that Tim Kendall will join the UK&I region as managing director at G4S Secure Solutions UK on 1st June.

Kendall, who is currently senior vice-president of Enterprise Accounts, Allied Universal North America, joined G4S in 1999. Before assuming his current position he was the chief operating officer of its African business, where he was responsible for driving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance across a complex and diverse region.

Since moving back to the US, he has worked with the company’s most strategic US-based global and national clients. He was also the president of G4S Regulated Security Services in North America, providing specialist services to the nation’s commercial nuclear sector.

Allied Universal said that Kendall would bring “a high degree of focus on operational efficiency and customer service while ensuring that our ambitious growth goals are met to achieve a market-leading position”.
