
Kier appointed to £35bn CCS framework – iStock
Kier Places has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) £35 billion facilities management and workplace services RM6232 framework.
Kier has been appointed to Lot Group 2 – Hard Facilities Management, Lot 2b and Lot 2c on the framework.
The four-year framework includes a focus on net zero and supply chain partnerships.
Kier will provide:
- A full range of hard services;
- Mechanical and electrical engineering;
- Maintenance;
- Internal and external building fabric maintenance; and
- Statutory obligations including asbestos management and electrical testing.
