Cloudfm has won a three-year contract with The White Company to help to reduce carbon emissions across its portfolio of UK stores.
The Essex-based FM company will provide proactive and maintenance services at 67 sites in the UK and Ireland for the multichannel retailer.
Cloudfm said its technology-driven approach would provide greater transparency to improve cost control and boost response times to improve the customer experience.
The provider will also use advanced data and localised sourcing of technicians to maximise the operating time of its retail locations and reduce carbon emissions as well as helping to manage compliance with building regulations.
Cloudfm CEO Jeff Dewing said: “Everything we do at Cloudfm is designed to deliver a step change in operational excellence, from compliance to reducing carbon footprint.”
Sarah King, director of property at The White Company, said that Cloudfm’s use of technology and data to drive a more efficient and sustainable approach to facilities management set it apart in the market.
Cloudfm operates internationally with offices in the UK, Dublin and Barcelona.
