‘Help us shape your future’ is IWFM’s plea as it embarks on a consultation exercise on future membership offerings that begins next week.
Mindful of how the pandemic and other events may have reshaped what members expect from their representative bodies, the aim is to evolve IWFM’s own product and service offering. IWFM wants to ensure its work fully reflects the ambitions and needs of practitioners who in recent years may have acquired higher profiles as well as an increasingly challenging workload.
The three key questions
- - How can we make you the very best you can be?
- - How can we help you prove your value and impact to employers?
- - How can we support you to make that next step in your career?
Members can either attend in person, or participate live online, at three upcoming hybrid events. The first takes place next week, with other two concluding the exercise in the week after.
All comence at 6:00pm, ending 8:00pm. The physical locations are as follows. (Click to book your place on site, or to book your attendance via Zoom.)

Jonathan Nobbs, IWFM director of membership and partnerships, says the exercise is an important one.
