
Pareto adopts seven new social value-led pledges – © Pareto FM
Workspace services provider Pareto FM has signed up to seven new commitments covering a range of social value-based initiatives.
These cover issues including domestic abuse and pregnancy loss, through to disability confidence and support for the armed forces. Pareto said these pledges ensure that the company is true to its messaging and is achieving social good within the organisation and in the wider community.
The seven pledges are:
- Endometriosis Friendly Employer Scheme
- Women in Rail – The Rail Industry Association ED&I Charter
- EDAC_ Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant
- Menopause Workplace Pledge
- Pregnancy Loss Pledge
- Disability Confident Committed Employer
- Armed Forces Covenant -Bronze Award
Rachel McEntee, Pareto’s head of marketing, said: “Pareto have always differentiated themselves in the market in terms of our social value agenda.
