Inviron extends M&E deal with Mishcon de Reya – © Inviron
Technical FM services company Inviron has retained a four-year deal with law firm Mishcon de Reya to continue provision of full M&E and help desk services at its London headquarters.
This contract renewal will see Inviron’s further development of net zero initiatives, smart building technologies and building optimisation at the Mishcon de Reya’s offices at Africa House, 70 Kingsway in Camden.
The firm is one of London’s top legal businesses, with multiple specialist legal teams working across many areas. Inviron has carried out M&E services for the firm since 2019 to ensure that its mechanical and electrical equipment and systems are safe and appropriately maintained.
Gavin Duff, Inviron’s corporate business unit director, said: “It is a great testament when a client chooses to work with us for another term and we are extremely proud of both the relationship we have built and the expert services that we will continue to offer.”
Martin Humm, facilities manager at Mishcon de Reya, added: "This new agreement enables us to extract the best value from the existing plant and equipment through the planned and reactive maintenance so well delivered by the on-site team and carefully selected specialist sub-contractors. This is also an important part of delivering our Climate Change Strategy, as we work towards our Net Zero ambitions."
