Wates Facilities Management has renewed its service agreement with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to deliver full FM services at its London HQ and main administration offices in Glasgow.

The five-year contract will see Wates FM supply planned and reactive mechanical and electrical services, front-of-house and porterage resources as well as cleaning, hospitality, reprographics and project management.

The agreement extends Wates’s previous four-year contract with the ACCA – one of its highest-profile public interfacing clients.

James Gregg, managing director of Wates FM, said: “We have strong and highly skilled teams in place in London and Glasgow, which have provided an impeccable service on behalf of the ACCA over the past four years. The agreed continuity of service has been made possible through close collaboration and integration of our respective management teams as well as a thorough understanding of our client’s strategic aims.

“This partnership approach will be fundamental to ensuring a seamless transition into our new service agreement and maintaining the exceptional performance we have achieved to date.”

Wates FM will deliver the services in partnership with two service providers – cleaning firm Managed Property Services and catering contractor Bartlett Mitchell.

Lloyd Lewis, ACCA’s director of global business services, added: “Wates’s team is part of the ACCA team, supporting colleagues and providing a great level of service and support. The extension of the contract provides a level of continuity that is much needed in these exceptional times.”
