On Tuesday 26th June, FM World held a round table event on The Face of the Brand: FM's role in maintaining an organisation's image.

The event, sponsored by Interserve, saw professionals from the supply side, client side, architects, recruiters and workplace designers debating topics such as relationship between internal departments, FM's role as 'directors of first impressions' and the way clients and service providers can best work together to provide seamless communication of brand values.
