Fusion21 - a social enterprise that sets out to provide procurement frameworks for the property, construction and the built environment sectors - has appointed 105 UK firms to its national compliance and facilities management framework.
The framework, which is valued at £290 million across four years, offers 17 lots and covers a number of services including electrical safety and facilities management, water hygiene, fire safety and asbestos management.
Fusion21 provides its frameworks to the education and social housing sectors, as well as working with NHS trusts and local authorities.
Firms on the 105-strong list of suppliers, which includes a number of UK SMEs, as well as BAM FM, Bellrock, Eric Wright FM, Galliford Try Facilities Management, Kier Facilities Services, Maintec, Turner & Townsend and Vivark.
Phil Woodhead, facilities management framework manager at Fusion21, said: "Following demand from our members we have developed this framework to offer increased support around property compliance needs, whilst ensuring Fusion21 members continue to benefit from significant efficiency savings.
"In addition to accessing lots for passive fire safety, retrofit maintenance and compliance software for the first time, members will also generate greater efficiencies when purchasing the latest facilities management technologies such as: self-testing emergency lighting, remote temperature monitoring and cloud-based door access control systems."
